Corporate Profile

Tata Value Homes Limited (CIN: U45400MH2009PLC195605), formerly known as 'Smart Value Homes Limited' was incorporated on September 8, 2009 as a private company under the Companies Act, 1956, and subsequently converted into a public company on July 23, 2010.

The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of TATA Housing Development Company Limited. In keeping with its vision of being the largest home provider in India and its mission of providing quality life spaces, the company is focused on developing the fabric of value and affordable housing in India through integrated and mix use townships.

The company pioneered the concept of value homes through its national brand Shubh Griha and also developed the New Haven brand for the affordable segment in India. These national brands have been instrumental in nurturing the dreams of many Indians who wished to own a home. These first of its kind townships currently have approximately 22 million square feet under development across 8 locations in 4 states in India with potential for greater penetration across new geographies in the near future. In our constant endeavour to fulfil the aspiration of the value and affordable housing segment we shall continue to focus on the development of consistent quality homes.

Values are the guiding principles of any business as they articulate the organisation's inherent culture. Tata Value Homes is committed to protect the heritage of the TATA Group's value - "Leadership with Trust."

The six core values underpinning the way we do business are: Customer Focus, Innovation, Agility, Quality, Leadership and Integrity.
